YeboMobile

Let’s say you want to grant access to a key that happens to be in a remote location. The process of actually granting the key that access is as quick as the click of a button but, before the user holding the key may use it, they need to Sync the key.

Syncing is the process whereby a key and the server talk to one another and update information. One fast way to sync a key is by using a Multi-Function Sync Station (MFS), but this is not always the most convenient, as supplying all users with MFS Stations is far from ideal. This is where YeboMobile comes in.

How does it work?

YeboMobile is our Android or iOS application supporting key sync via NFC and/or Bluetooth for Gen1.5 (NFC) and Gen2 (NFC + Bluetooth) keys. Using YeboMobile, users can sync NFC keys anywhere by simply holding their key against their phone; or Bluetooth keys by touching an icon.

Product installation and management

In addition to a remote sync device for regular key-holders, YeboMobile also supports the management and installation of products in the field. You can:

  • Audit locks by inserting a Bluetooth-connected key into a lock;

  • Capture, label and geo-locate locks, and tag using the mobile’s camera to scan a QR code;

  • Perform all capture and remove functions for locks and keys;

  • Secure your product into a supply chain by programming a product’s site key;

  • Obtain key diagnostics from Gen2 keys;

  • Integrated context help.

Security

Product that has been secured with a site key, or captured by obtaining authorizations from the device, enables end-to-end AES-128 encryption on all communications between the management server and the end device. This guarantees secure communications and management of devices even in compromised environments.
